Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover Logger at logger.deltavdevs.com and its workspace subdomains, run by DeltaVDevs, the independent developer publishing as DeltaVortex. Using Logger requires agreeing to them and reading the Privacy Policy. Contact contact@deltavdevs.com with questions.
Accounts
You sign in with a Ward account. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age where you live; if local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, get it first. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
Workspaces
Each account can create one workspace, to prevent spam and allow more resources to actual users. You can join as many workspaces as you like. Ownership can be transferred only to a member who doesn’t already own one.
The owner of a workspace is responsible for it: who it lets in, the roles it hands out, and what it is used for. Owners and the people they give permissions to can approve or decline join requests, remove members, and edit or delete content in their workspace.
Workspace subdomains are first come, first served. Some names are reserved. We may rename, reclaim or remove a workspace whose name impersonates a person or organization, infringes someone’s rights or misleads people, and a deleted workspace’s name becomes available to anyone.
Each workspace has 500 MB for images, and each image can be up to 8 MB. We may change these limits, and we will not delete existing images to meet a lower one without notice.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Logger for anything illegal, for threats or harassment, for sharing other people’s private information without permission, for spam, malware or phishing, or for content that infringes someone else’s rights. Don’t try to get into workspaces or accounts that aren’t yours, get around rate limits or access controls, or overload the service. Don’t create workspaces to reserve names you don’t intend to use or to sell.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give DeltaVDevs a non-exclusive permission to store, process and display it as needed to run Logger, to the people your workspace’s settings allow. That permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from the limited retention in the Privacy Policy. You need the rights to anything you post, including images.
Content you post in a workspace becomes part of that team’s record. Owners and admins can see, edit and delete it according to the roles they set.
Hours and DeltaTime
Hours shown in Logger come from what you connect or type in. They are a record your team chooses to keep, not a verified timesheet, and we don’t promise they are complete or accurate. Don’t rely on them for payroll or legal purposes without checking them yourself.
Moderation
DeltaVDevs administrators can suspend, export, transfer or delete workspaces and their data, remove content, and stop an account from creating workspaces, when needed to enforce these terms, handle abuse, protect security or comply with the law. We don’t review everything that is posted. To report a workspace or appeal a decision, contact contact@deltavdevs.com.
Availability
Logger is provided as available. Features may change or be interrupted, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important; reports can be downloaded as CSV. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Nothing here removes rights or responsibilities that can’t legally be excluded, including consumer rights and liability for fraud.
Ending
You can stop using Logger at any time and delete your Logger data from your account page. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Changes
We date changes on this page and ask everyone to agree again when they change. These terms don’t impose arbitration or take away protections you have under applicable law. Contact contact@deltavdevs.com to raise a concern or resolve a dispute.
